Our flours
Two flours. One standard.
Every bag starts as the same carefully sorted grain. What changes is how fine we take it — and how much of the germ we leave in.
The everyday table
Iraboneye
Our signature all-purpose maize flour. Milled fine, sifted twice, and packed the same day it leaves the rollers.
Iraboneye is the flour most Rwandan kitchens reach for daily — smooth ubugali, even porridge, and a clean maize aroma that survives the pot.

Best for Homes, restaurants, wholesale
Whole grain, more of it
Wawuu
A nutrient-forward mill that keeps more of the germ, for households who want the goodness left in.
We mill Wawuu on a shorter extraction so more of the grain's natural germ and fibre stays in the bag. Fuller flavour, deeper colour, more to it.

Need a size that isn't on the list?
We pack to order for wholesalers, schools and institutions — tell us the volume and we'll quote it.
From field to bag
Nothing in the bag
but maize.
No bleaching, no fillers, no additives. The only thing that makes our flour consistent is the care taken before it reaches the rollers.

- 01
Aggregate
We buy directly from Rwandan smallholder co-operatives, so we know which fields the grain came from.
- 02
Clean
Grain passes through de-stoners and gravity separators. Stones, chaff and broken kernels never reach the rollers.
- 03
Mill
Roller mills bring the grain down in stages rather than one harsh pass — cooler flour, better keeping quality.
- 04
Sift & pack
Sieved to grade, weighed and sealed the same day. Every bag carries its mill date.
Who we are
A mill built
in Kigali.
Inganji Maize Miller Company Ltd is an industrial maize processor working out of Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District in Kigali. We aggregate grain from Rwandan growers and mill it into flour for human consumption.
The business is simple and we intend to keep it that way: buy good maize, treat it well, and put out a flour that behaves the same in every kitchen it reaches.
Our vision
To be Rwanda's reference point for processed maize — the mill others measure reliability against.
Our mission
To stay ahead of what our customers need through better equipment, tighter process control and steady improvement.
In their words
Kitchens that buy again.
The consistency is what keeps us buying. Our ubugali comes out the same every service, and that matters more than price.
We feed several hundred students a day. The bulk packs and the reliability of delivery make the planning straightforward.
Customers walk in and ask for Inganji by name. Having the small and the large packs on one shelf sells both.
High-volume orders arrive when they say they will. That is the whole relationship for us.
